Characteristics:

1)  uniform composition, low melting point in slag minerals (≤1350), melting fast smelting time shortened, slag forming fast, and reducing dust pollution.

2)  the proper viscosity of slag can promote deoxidation and desulfurization reaction between slag and molten steel.

3)  Rapid desulfurization effect stabilized at 60%, and suppresses phosphorus into molten steel.

4)  Improving the protective effect and reducing erosion to ladle lining.

5)  Effective adsorption capacity of inclusions, a certain role in the deoxidation, helping purify the molten steel.

6)  Non-absorbent, facilitate the storage and transport. 

7)  Applies to LF, SKF, VHP and other refining process, can greatly improve molten steels quality and service life of ladle.
